01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member") and mamak888. By accessing mamak888.bet, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms along with all policies, rules, and guidelines published from time to time.

Mamak888 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. 02 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the mamak888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

03 Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at mamak888. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — even under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances and winnings.

3.2 Accurate & Truthful Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and while using the platform is accurate, truthful, and up to date. mamak888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of your identification card, bank statements, or other relevant documents.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and the confidentiality of your login credentials. mamak888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence. Please contact our customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Mamak888 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before permitting withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary. Failure to comply with verification requests within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

Mamak888 offers a range of deposit methods suited to Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered under the same name as the mamak888 account holder.
• Mamak888 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit from an unrecognised source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposits are final once credited to your mamak888 account.
• Mamak888 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

05 Fund Withdrawal

5.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is RM 50,000 for regular members, and may be higher for VIP Gold members and above.
• Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by mamak888.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC verification before it can be approved.

5.2 Processing Time

Mamak888 is committed to processing approved withdrawal requests within less than 5 minutes for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and within 1–3 working hours for FPX bank transfers. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 business hours.

5.3 Bonus Rollover Requirements

If you have received a promotional bonus, the associated rollover requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from that bonus is permitted. Specific rollover conditions are stated in the individual terms of each promotion on the mamak888 Promotions page.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by mamak888 — including the Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, rebates, and VIP Rewards — are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user/household/IP address/device unless otherwise stated.
• Mamak888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting (arbing) using bonus funds, is PROHIBITED and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users or exchanged directly for cash.

6.2 200% Welcome Bonus

The mamak888 Welcome Bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only. The standard rollover requirement is 10x of the total bonus received. This bonus is subject to a maximum bet limit while bonus funds are in use and may not be applied to bets exceeding that specified limit.

07 Sports & E-Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered accepted once confirmation is displayed in the mamak888 system. Unconfirmed bets are not deemed valid. mamak888 reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at our sole discretion without providing a reason.

7.2 Odds Errors

If displayed odds contain a technical error or a clearly obvious mistake, mamak888 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user. This applies even after the match result is known.

7.3 Match Suspension & Cancellation

• Football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, etc.): If a match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Badminton (BWF, etc.): If a player withdraws before the match begins, the bet is voided. If withdrawal occurs during a live match, the result at the time of withdrawal will be used to determine the outcome of the relevant bet.
• E-Sports (MLBB, DOTA2, etc.): Certain market outcomes will be determined based on the in-game result at the time of the interruption or cancellation, in accordance with the rules of the relevant e-sports platform.

7.4 Live Betting

Live/in-play betting is subject to additional conditions. All outcomes that have already occurred before a bet is confirmed will reflect the actual result, not what was displayed at the time of placing the bet. mamak888 is not responsible for delays in score or odds updates resulting from technical disruptions.

08 Casino Game Rules

All casino games at mamak888 — including slots, live casino, roulette, baccarat, and other table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or are hosted by real dealers via live video streaming technology.

• The outcome of all casino games is final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed, except in cases of verifiable technical failure.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, software vulnerabilities, or other unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in gameplay is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to assist in gameplay is strictly prohibited.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by User

You may close your mamak888 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements and pending transactions must be settled. Any valid cash balance will be returned to you via your original payment method.

10.2 Account Closure by mamak888

Mamak888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities
• Multiple account ownership
• Providing false information during registration
• Bonus or promotion abuse
• Actions that threaten the security of the platform or other users

In the event of account closure due to fraud or a serious breach, mamak888 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account and is under no obligation to return any amount.
